Crime and Place™ subscriptions are conducted on an interval basis, spanning one full month or year from the date of purchase. By participating in a subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring payment plan, and you acknowledge that such services have an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges applied prior to cancellation. All recurring payments are fully earned upon payment.
Subscriptions grant continued access to all Crime and Place features and all Crime Data and Crime Forecast Data updates while the subscription is active.
Subscription payment will be charged by Apple Inc to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase within the Crime and Place application. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the subscription period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
